For manufacturing defects within the warranty period 

We offer a full refund or replacement at our discretion.
We do not repair or provide ongoing technical support — this saves time for everyone and lets us keep prices competitive. Proof of purchase and clear photos/videos of the issue required.

Setup & Technical Support

We provide detailed setup and usage videos with every order (and on product pages).

We do not offer personal setup assistance, troubleshooting calls, or ongoing usage guidance. Most customers resolve any issues by carefully following the videos.
Setup-related problems are considered user error and are not covered under warranty or refund.

How to Return

  1. USe contact form.
  2. Await return instructions/shipping label (we provide prepaid labels only for faulty items).
  3. Ship back within 7 days of approval.
  4. Once received and inspected, we process refund/replacement.

Exclusions

  • Misuse, unauthorised repair, normal wear & tear.
  • Products purchased through third-party resellers.

2. Warranty Policy 

  • 12 months on manufacturing defects 
  • Remedy: Refund or replacement only. No repairs.
  • Excludes: bulbs/LEDs after 6 months, damage from drops/power surges, cosmetic wear.
  • Large items (sunbeds/blankets) may have different terms — listed on product page.

Essential Oils Return Policy: Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used essential oils. Unopened bottles may be returned within 14 days of delivery in original packaging. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.
Return Policy – Essential OilsWe want you to love your PHATOIL Essential Oils. However, due to the nature of the product, we have the following policy:Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery only if:

  • The bottle is unopened and in its original sealed condition
  • The product is in its original packaging with all accessories (dropper, gift box)
  • The item is unused and undamaged

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Any opened essential oil bottles (for hygiene and safety reasons)
  • Products that have been used, diluted, or tampered with
  • Partial bottles or oils that have been transferred to another container

How to Return

  1. Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. Ship the unopened product back to us (customer pays return shipping)
  4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund (minus shipping costs)

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after inspection
