1. Returns & Refunds Policy
At Alpha Red Light Therapy, we stand behind our products. Please read this policy carefully so there are no surprises.
Change of Mind Returns (optional but recommended for trust)
- 14 days from delivery.
- Item must be unused, in original packaging, with all accessories.
- Customer pays return shipping + 15% restocking fee (waived if faulty).
- No returns on opened hygiene items, custom/large beds, or sale/final-sale items.
- Refunds issued within 7 business days of receiving the returned item (minus fees).
Faulty / Damaged on Arrival
- Contact us within 48 hours with photos/videos + order number.
- We will arrange a replacement or full refund (including original shipping).
- We use strong packaging, but transit damage can happen.
Essential Oils Return Policy:
- Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used essential oils.
- Unopened bottles may be returned within 14 days of delivery in original packaging.
- Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.
